ICYMI, I am seeking for the NHS to set out the missing details of their planned transition, to provide residents with clarity on the remaining unanswered questions, and I will be monitoring on an ongoing basis whether the community-based model of care lives up to their promises and the standard East Yorkshire residents deserve.
