We had fantastic news a few months ago that two new NHS dental contracts for Bridlington had been awarded, worth more than £6 million and providing up to 15,000 new appointments.
Last week, this progressed with the ERYC planning committee approving the conversion of the Crown Buildings in the centre of Bridlington for one of those practices.
And you can now register your interest for one of these NHS places at: https://genixhealthcare.com/clinics/bridlington/
Tonight I’ll be joining the Bridlington Health Forum to discuss dentistry and our successful campaign against the closure of the Bridlington Hospital Care Unit (ICYMI, yesterday I shared the NHS online survey and engagement sessions on this!)
So today I made sure to raise Hornsea and the health inequality facing the rest of our East Yorkshire coastal community with the Leader of the House of Commons. He promised us an update, and I’ll be watching out for this and chasing if necessary.
